Hello

Hello, just registered.

 I suppose I should relate how I became an atheist. In basic, I did what my pastor told me to do and read the Bible, such a book seemed to me like the writings of a mad hermit. The various contradictions and atrocities commited in the Bible made me agnostic, it took me about a year after that to become atheist.

I'm not insane, at least that's what the voices in my head tell me.

Well, I've been an atheist

Well, I've been an atheist for about three years (deconverted when I was 13)  now, so my deconversion isn't recent. Thanks anyways.

I'm not insane, at least that's what the voices in my head tell me.

Isn't it interesting that reading the bible can make a non-believer out of you?  You'll find that several members have had the same experience.
