I have been a football fan since I was a kid.
One rule that bothers me is on every kickoff you cant kick it out of bounds as close to the 1 yard line. It used to be you could kick it as close to the 1 out of bounds and that is where the receiving team would start.
Why, why should a talented kicker be punished for the receiving offense's lack of talent when their back is to the wall?
