It's bullshit.

Any guy who's had a woman without hangups knows they totally love c**k, and can't get enough.

It takes 2 to tango.

Any woman not willing to participate in sex, is not worth wasting anytime over one who will.

Not often.

Because it has no implication for me, and they know it.

I've never been without any number of women who would fuck me silly, at the drop of a hat. So, no woman has any power over me, with her words, or with her pussy.

Were you under the impression that only women can pick and choose?

Cause she's not militant, like you?

It might not occur to you, because you probably only get involved with men who appease you, and make you feel that you're somehow superior to them.

Some women can't respect any man that they can wrap around their finger, and actually look for the guy who can pick from the cream of the crop, and want to become the object of his desire.

The only experience women like you, have with guys like that, is them leaving with a more desirable woman...

You're just part of a group of women, who like to project that you have some unique ability to bargain with your pussies.

When you obviously can't have any 'unique' ability, because women 'compete' for men.

So, all things being equal, you will always lose, by playing your pussy as though you have the license to 'pussydom'.

A smart guy knows that it's just a numbers game. If you meet enough of them, you'll always have plenty of willing women to choose from.

And I work and play in a 'target rich' environment.

My wife knows that if she left me tomorrow, I'd have any number of equal, or better women that would take me before she got down the street.

That's somethin' my 'mama' taught me.

Women like you, are simply not in the league of women, in the circles I travel in, lil' Miss Webdesigner gurl...

Oh STFU.

Seriously.

My wife is corporate. And I'm corporate. The neighbour's daughter who we pay $12 hr to babysit is just like you, and she just can't relate to such a loser, and shudders at the thought of our daughter growing up to be like you.

She just knows that we're equal. That sex is a 'zero sum game'. No winners, no losers. Neither of us is 'more equal' than the other because of what's between our legs.

You're just an idiot, who hasn't grown up yet.

I agree, most men are led through life by their dicks which are nothing more than heat-seeking devices.

What I disagree with is that song is  a good one.

Those girls prancing around, in skimpy outfits gyrating in sexual moves, complaining about how men are only interested in their *   *. If you don't shove it in their faces, they won't be looking at it. You can't expect them not to.

In the case of the PCD song, I would respond 'either put up or shut up or, put some clothes on and quit acting like a piece of meat on the men's buffet bar'.

You can't have it both ways: If you dress and act like a sex object, you're going to be treated like one.

Take redneF for example, he has made it clear that he is not interested in the prudish type because he knows they won't put out. Enough said.

And, btw, I am quite loose. As for how I dress and act, I wear what I like and what looks good on me and what makes me comfortable. I'm not out to impress anyone, to attract a mate or, in a competition. When I was younger, however, that was not the case.

A strong sex drive does carry it's own problems.  It frequently exists as an unmet need and it can be a real hassle to deal with.   Now that I am middle-aged I am closer to death than to puberty and in some ways I prefer it ( hormonally speaking ) .   Life is frustrating enough for me as it is.

I must add that despite my urgent "needs" as a younger male that I never inflicted my desires upon any female consort without her mutual consent.  I have always enjoyed bringing pleasure to my girl friends.   What turned me on was turning them on.  That was what excited me the most.   ( plus I had some really great "teachers" who were more than happy to speed up my sexual  learning curve and which, naturally benefited us both )

 Me too.

Shit. I get up at 5am and go to bed by 10 or 11 and every minute of my day is filled with by business, the house, the yard and my mother. I don't have time for the dating games. Sometimes I think it would be nice to have a companion but, he would have to be as hard a worker as I am and be physically fit. If I were looking, what would attract me is the strength of his back and the size of his biceps, not the size of his dick.

I think that's what's missing from the younger generation. For them, it seems, it's all about 'me'.

I am not sure about red.

1.  He said he owns a corporation - he is a "corporate" person.

1a.  Okay, his persona is very like some of the "hard chargers" I have met elsewhere.

1b.  But it could be easy enough to fake it - just read Dilbert for some ideas.

1c.  But I could be all wrong.

2.  He says he has lots of women, is married with daughter.

2a. Okay, that could be true.

2b. I have to wonder - who would hang around someone who appears to be a user?

2c. But I could be wrong.

 3. He says he has his pick of women.

3a. Okay, if he is wearing big expensive looking jewelry and obviously expensive clothes and drives an expensive car and hangs in upscale bars ogling the bar cats - what does he expect to happen?

3b. Definitely not nice of me, but you get what you go for - and if you are going for playmates impressed by your money and/or power that is what you will get.  There are a lot of people who like that setup.

3c. I could be all wrong.

Red, what you are writing does not impress me as you being the sort of person I would hang with.  Or have sex with.  Which isn't your problem, since you say you have lots of people who do want to have sex with you.  I get that.  My experience is those men (and women) who brag about their prowess are usually lousy lovers.  You might be an exception.  But if I wanted pretty things and playing up to you might get me pretty things.......  I could be wrong.

Back to the OP.  Sandycane doesn't like them because she is not impressed with their singing and dancing skills.  I don't like them because they are like most porn videos (I have watched a few) - move here, grunt, flutter that, groan, position D, yell.  Fake.  Not a real emotion anywhere.  Real sex is spontaneous and messy - totally boring to watch with flabby wrinkled blemished hairy real people and without any positioning for the camera.

An actress friend once told me that acting was all about learning to fake sincerity.  Once you mastered that, the rest was easy.  The PCD haven't mastered faking sincerity.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not... if not, thank you.

Yeah, I used to play that game... in high school the guys used to call me a DT. Hip-huggers and midriff tops, mini skirts, hot pants and platform shoes. God, I miss those days (or, I should say, I miss the way those clothes looked on me).

Don't get me wrong, I still look pretty hot but, I just don't want that kind of attention now so, I don't dress that way. I just don't have time or energy for that part of life anymore. Now, like I said, if I could find a man who worked as hard as I do, that would be different. I'd have a reason to dress the part again.

I have a nice collection of platform shoes...just no place to wear them except around the house.

Yup, I can relate...I haven't done much of anything today but, I have this terrible kink in my neck/shoulder. Getting old sucks - especially if your mind stays young!

I used to work out in a gym when I lived in TX back in the 80's. I loved it!

I have one of those all-in-one machines now...the only exercize I get from it is moving it from room to room.

I completely agree. Anyone with good 'soft skills' knows how people put up a 'front'.

I manage teams, I structure teams, and I negotiate contracts, and I battle in court.

You get good at 'figuring' people out, and recognizing 'patterns' in behaviour.

It would be great (maybe/maybe not) if our predictions about people were accurate.

I know that I've made mistakes in accepting, and rejecting certain people, based on my notions. Tons of times.

I'm still learning everyday. However, it's when I'm dispassionate when my 'hit rate' is usually in the 98-99% range to accurately predict a person's 'fundamental' attributes.

Just to clarify. I never said I have 'lots of women'.

I have 'had' lots of women, over the years, and continue to 'have lots of women interested' in me.

But, I've never been in an intimate relationship with 2 different women.

1- I've never had that kind of free time.

2- I've seen the drama and chaos that ensues when other people do it, and nothing is worth that kind of grief, IMO.

Using someone for sex?

That's an oxymoron.

Sex is a zero sum game (if you're doing it right). No winners, no losers.

People participate in having sex with each other.

The net gain/loss is 0.

The bias.

Women can have their pick of sexual partners, and men can't?

How does that work in reality?

It doesn't.

Is the assumption that there are less women who would bed Tom Cruise than men who would bed Nicole Kidman?

I have not seen 1 study that would indicate anything of the sort.

The whole "Men are led by their dicks" misandry is hackneyed beyond absurdity.

Ever heard of 'Beatlemania'?

Ever heard of 'Elvis'?

What leads females into such absolute hysteria over the opposite sex? They don't have dicks.

I've never seen or heard of a male fainting because of an attraction to female.

So, why don't the 'dime store psychologists' ever explain what drive this is, if it is not a sexual drive?

cj wrote:

Actually, there are distinctly different women who will respond to someone who is 'dressed up', compared to someone who is 'dressed down'. Although, there is some overlap.

And being really 'good looking' is more a detriment, than an asset, due to fear.

Same as for women.

I'm not into materialistic people. I'm into goal driven people. If the only goal is money, I'm not interested in having a personal relationship with them. But, having said that, I've learned that when there is a great disparity in incomes, more than likely, it will affect the relationship.

While I never used to discriminate against income. Now I do. But, not for material reasons. For 'practical' reasons.

What does what I say have anything to do with how I would treat someone I was intimately involved with?

I don't see the double standard in my thinking.

Women know that a large number of men love pussy.

I know that a large number of women love cock.

What's the problem??

All other things being equal, would a woman not have a huge preference for men who don't have 'sexual hangups'?

Would you think that a woman was being a 'dick' if she did?

And my experience is that women who think that just liking sex makes them all equal between the sheets, are ignorant.

There are a few things that aid in being a good lover. And penis 'size' or 'stamina', are not even necessary. Otherwise women would marry dildos.

If a man's 'love making' begins and ends with his penis, then he's not a great lover. He's just a life support system for a dildo.

The brain is the most vital 'sex organ', and the skin is the largest sex organ.

Vaginal intercourse is but a small aspect of 'good sex'.

For the male, or the female.

If I was there, it was because the sex was great. Otherwise, I'd still be looking for someone to commit to.

Why would I settle for less?

Would certain women settle for less?

In my exeprience? I know plenty that would, and do. I know women who pick security over sex, and use sex to procure security for themselves via a male.

That's not my problem.

I have always been autonomous.

Sex is sex.

And even though I could use 'my sex' as a 'bargaining chip', to 'gain' something, I never have.

I've never 'lost', anything, having sex.

It's just sex.

No winners, no losers.

Thank you for taking the time to answer thoughtfully to my post.  I believe I understand what you are saying a little better.

I do not lump "all" men or women together.  Some people are less driven by sex hormones than others.  And while usually men need more sexual release than women, it is a continuum, not an absolute.  There are some men who need sex less often than most women.  Some women who need sex more often than most men.  And when you get into what turns people on, there is way more diversity than what can be found in a single continuum.

Sandycane is perfectly justified in having her own turn ons, her own needs, and her own ways of coping.  So are you.  And the rest of us.  That it is not your choice or style has no weight since her choice and style are valid for her.

I don't see the attraction of the PCD for men or women.  And while I joke about the Chippendales, I have never actually seen a show of theirs and if offered tickets, I would probably exchange them for a seat at a play or the opera.  But that is my preferences not yours.

Sex is more than sex - more than scratching an itch.  I screwed around way more than I should have in my younger days.  I know that sex is best if you love and care for your partner and they love and care for you right back.  Sex is one of the few times I can honestly say that under the right conditions, all players are winners.

Not a zero sum game, at all.

here's a new song from a

here's a new song from a REAL musician that i think may be relevant to several people on this thread:

"I have never felt comfortable around people who talk about their feelings for Jesus, or any other deity for that matter, because they are usually none too bright. . . . Or maybe 'stupid' is a better way of saying it; but I have never seen much point in getting heavy with either stupid people or Jesus freaks, just as long as they don't bother me. In a world as weird and cruel as this one we have made for ourselves, I figure anybody who can find peace and personal happiness without ripping off somebody else deserves to be left alone. They will not inherit the earth, but then neither will I. . . . And I have learned to live, as it were, with the idea that I will never find peace and happiness, either. But as long as I know there's a pretty good chance I can get my hands on either one of them every once in a while, I do the best I can between high spots."
--Hunter S. Thompson
