The Scream

Hands on face

A toxic read

Mind heroin

Absurity

Glee glee

Kills reality

A dismboided being

Magically

Without adinine

Or second mates

A baby born

On this day?

The brush strokes

A vacuuos canvis

With traditions falshoods

Just because

A footprint

On a satilite

Still trumped by

Ignorant plight

The noose still holds

Over gallow's bold

Neurons held hostage

By tales of triumph

Wand in hand

Comes victory

And all who defend

It's misery

Epitaphs

And eulogies

Must befall

Absurdity

Calling on bears

They bed with their father

Eyes mirror Thot

Raping children with  horrors

With folded arms

This tyrant sits

While flesh mutitlates

Over his name

Millinia pass

While anchors weigh

I scream for the truth

To get away

"Grantchester Meadows" Icy

"Grantchester Meadows"

Icy wind of night, be gone.
This is not your domain.
In the sky a bird was heard to cry.
Misty morning whisperings and gentle stirring sounds
Belied a deathly silence that lay all around.
Hear the lark and harken to the barking of the dog fox gone to ground.
See the splashing of the kingfisher flashing to the water.
And a river of green is sliding unseen beneath the trees,
Laughing as it passes through the endless summer making for the sea.

this is my idea of what poetry should be. I actually used to write poems too. they were pretty bad. I don't have the notebook I wrote them in anymore. but I will go ahead and do some off the top of my head and see if I can top Brian.

"Your beaver, it is eager, but it is like a cleaver

It wants to cut my soul like Dennis Weaver

and arrest me like Steven Seagal with the mental midgets of prison's dungeons

To forever be hung upon the tree of nothingness

and forgotten like snail slime in the desert

of sand and emptiness."

That is a poem I just wrote about the Senate and the current "health" bill that Obama has steamrolled us with. As you can see, my allegory of sand and emptiness quietly undermines the dastardly pork barrel lament of the joke that is this country's health system. the "nothingness" as you can plainly tell is alluding to the family tree of all the "illuminati" that have infested our government with their inbred wickedness. As you can well imagine, I am quite proud of this one.

Here's another....

Final Solution

does god win
can't death wash away the tears?
the slow, six-foot drop
its banked-up pain lasts for years
but not as long as his final solution
there, the endless lick of hellfire
his absence of presence
the weeping sores of sinners
exact the toll of not caring
we can’t rely on the safety of the grave
the nightmare continues
like a beaten schoolboy
we'll feel that bully
kicking kicking kicking

The best way to rid yourself of such pain is to become a Patriots fan.  It works for me.

I wish there was a god I could summons. Now watch, lets say the Skins manage to turn things around next year. My credulous co-fans who do believe will say, "See this is evidence for a God". No, it wouldn't be that they won enough games, they'd win because a magic man in the sky.

Where is Kathy Griffin when you need her?
