Hello RR’s, I registered a month ago but contributed nothing to the forum. Having just received a (mildly) reproachful e-mail from you, I thought I’d best announce myself.

I hail from Portsmouth England, and have been an atheist for some 37 years, having overcome my Anglican indoctrination at age 16. I was the very model of a polite wallflower heathen until fairly recently (2-3 years).

I was called on by the COLDS (Mormons) on Sunday morning and made my resentment known in no uncertain terms. On reflection, it was being raised from my bed while imbibing an early morning cuppa that really unsettled me, but I blamed it on him anyway and insisted he read my certificate of de-baptism.

I have been most active on a small forum called the ANTI CHURCH FORUM where I known by the moniker ‘Merciful Evans’.
