Hello everyone. I am a Mississippi native and as such I am elated to find a place where I can find people who feel the same way I do. If you need a gonzo reporter or would like to hear about my day to day life living in a area where EVERYONE assumes you believe exactly what they do, let me know.

However, Mississippi isn't the only place where EVERYONE assumes you believe exactly what they do. I live on the state line between Kansas and Missouri. Do you think that qualifies?

Alas!  There are even

Alas!  There are even places in California where it's scary to be an out-of-the-closet atheist.  Things are a bit better here than they were when I was a kid, but everywhere I go, I see fundies I knew when I was a fundy.  This is a very small town, so it's impossible to be anonymous...and sweet jesus, it really messes with my mind. Sad
