Yes, I did watch it. But several days before you posted it as I got in in my email at work.
Basically, it is saying that one should trust small banks over larger ones. Which is probably fine as long as it is the larger ones that are in trouble. BTW, do you remember the S&L crisis from about 1990 or so? Back then, the large banks were the safer option.
