Sometime within the next 6 months the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will hand out
new decisions on whether 'under God' in the Pledge and 'In God We Trust' as the
national motto violate the First Amendment. We anticipate a favorable decision.
I will email the petition to all Congresspeople shortly after the decision is announced. I will also print the petition and mail it to all Congresspeople if there are more than 500 signatures at that time.
