Honesty is in short supply on the interwebs...

Let's be honest...

ALL of you Theistically Challenged people that haunt these boards are liars.

You lie to us, your families, friends, co-workers and most of all, you lie to Yourself.

You KNOW you don't really believe in MAGIC.

You KNOW you don't believe people can rise
from the dead, bugger around a bit then fly off to the skies. You KNOW you don't.

Just as you KNOW you don't believe in talking snakes and magical gardens with cursed fruit given to little naked rib-women...

Further, you know damned well you've never had a 'personal experience' with any supernatural entity.

Oh, you may have felt giddy once or twice, but most of your claims are so that you can be part of the cool kids and be accepted because THEY all claim to have had personal experiences too.

They are lying, just like you...

Speaking of "Theistically

Speaking of "Theistically Challenged people" I was wondering why the other day I saw 4 users but 285 guests. Do we have 285 guests visiting and then leaving or what?

No seriously. I mean... with 285 guests I would expect a percentage of new users. Maybe 1 new user every two months.

Yet I haven't seen any one new in a long time.

There's a lot of lurkers.

There's a lot of lurkers. Some of them do have accounts, they only sign in if they have something to say. And then there's search engines.

I don't understand either.  Yes, you would assume that such a large number of people that were interested enough to check the place out that that would at least add a small number of new members over time.  Our membership roster seems to be pretty static.   It's boring arguing with the same old people that I've known for years, LOL.

Yes, I see Capt. log in and yet, for the most part,  she never posts anything.   Why bother to log in, then ?   I see other members do the same thing.

We are watching you. Huehuehuehue

Our revels now are ended. These our actors, | As I foretold you, were all spirits, and | Are melted into air, into thin air; | And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, | The cloud-capped towers, the gorgeous palaces, | The solemn temples, the great globe itself, - Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve, | And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, | Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff | As dreams are made on, and our little life | Is rounded with a sleep. - Shakespeare
