They've tracked me down! o.O

So I walk out to my bus stop this morning (pretty much across the road) and I see some of the girls who get my bus standing there with a CD.  One of the guys sitting up a bit further walks down to me with a stack of CD's.  Introduces himself as being from the All Saints West Lindfield Anglican Church and is wondering if I'd like a copy of his CD which has a few audio tracks containing speeches and the like, that he'll be back in a few days (or maybe next week) to talk about it with anyone who would like to.  I say "Sure, sounds like it'll provide a good laugh", accept it and he walks off before any other conversation can take place.

Seeing as I just got in to work, I'll upload these to my webspace tonight when I get home so that the rest of us can listen in.  I would appreciate some help (once these are uploaded) debunking/arguing them, though I'm sure it's not going to be hard.

I'll also be sending Sapient a PM asking for permission to rip some shows to a CD to hand this person in response, I'm sure he'll appreciate it.

Stay tuned, I'll update this thread once I've put their CD online.

I doubt they'd accept them.

I doubt they'd accept them. I heard stories about theists handing out pamphlets refusing to look at or accept FFRF nontracts and such that were handed back to them.

Heck, just make 'em a deal.  You'll listen to their CDs if they'll promise to watch ALL of the DVD (including the DVD extras) you give them of The God Who Wasn't There.

Matt - That thought has crossed my mind and even if they do chances are they won't listen to them.  All I can do is try and learn.

Susan - I don't have that DVD ... yet.  I watched it on easter when it was available free and plan to get it some time though, even though I wasn't overly impressed by it.

Everyone else - Uploading them now to my webspace for a listen.  7 mp3 files the largest comes in at under 6MB.  I probably won't even listen to them myself until the weekend but any comments people may have on them will be appreciated.

Yes, that's right.  You now all know my name is Jim and my surname starts with C.  The anonymity is slowly fading.

i would print out a copy of "The Irrationality of Theism". I've deconverted two people just by linking them to this site for it. And if they're too lazy to read, just let them hear the free DL'able show where sapient reads it.
