You guys, you won't believe this. I was asking my friend what made him break up with his girlfriend of 7 years, and all he could tell me was, "I was praying hard to god, and he appeared and told me I had to do it, I didn't want to, but I couldn't deny god's word." Can you believe it when people say that kinda shit?

From an atheist standpoint, yes thats pretty sad. I think some liberal theists would bulk at this too.

Sounds like something Id use if my girl got knocked up, I aint ready to be a father.
I'm curious to know, if god would have "told" him to kill her instead. Would he have done it? Kind of scary if you think about it.
