What does Noahs Ark have anything to do with disproving evolution? Who cares if some pastey robed fellow horded animals on a ship? How does that disprove evolution? That's like claiming that me finding a civil war coin in my backyard disproves the Holocaust.
It's completely unrelated.
I also don't get why some theists think that what they consider biblical evidence is some how proving that scientific theories are wrong. Could someone explain this to me?
I have no clue about the ark bullshit how its relevant.

That guys has to be an atheist making a parody of a theist. Do theists actually believe that evolution is based on rocks? This guy can't even tell the difference between evolution and geology!
