No. To assert that it is

No. To assert that it is would be arbitrary. Any being capable of reason, irrelevant of being human or not, is capable of using logic, and as anthropic pertains specifically to humans, it cannot be said that logic is anthropic.

I would also say no. Logic is independant of humans. Something is logical in and of itself.
