The business of religion vs the business of anti-religion

Religion itself is nothing more than a moneymaking scam

This site seems to have adopted this moneymaking philosophy

? should the rational response squad be considered as a cult organization. no better than the organizations it suggests it's against

Voiderest you are able to dismiss the possibility that you are not a virtual mind. thus proving without doubt or uncertainty that you think so therefore you exist. then please elaborate on this !00% certain and doubt free knowledge

If I'm a virtual mind then I exist as a virtual mind. Human or data are just aspects of existence.

my original premise was about money not faith

Criticizing faith and profiting from this criticism. brings into question the motivation for this criticism

I can think of many other things people could be doing to make money. Porn and religion are two examples already given.

It would probably be cheaper to run a porn site and rack in A LOT more money. The money ads bring in would probably raise more money then all the money that has been given to the rrs so far.

Religion would get more money and would be more steady then donations, every sunday pass that plate around. Plus you get a building, no possible conflict with tax exemption, few people pissed at you, and a lot of free passes. And hey if your funds look a little low guilt trip the congregation with the right verses and start up a little door to door faith selling.

EGO nuto , proinde , computer futurus ,

I believe you have something here,  I shall contemplate this over the weekend

Although it leaves the obvious problem with perceived reality and faith. the foundations might be more solid than I realized.

I must applaud you upon your thinking Voiderest

from a business perspective porn & religion are tapped out. with most of the money going to long established businesses

If I was looking for a fresh un-tapped market then anti-religion would-be a prime candidate. until I was prompted into a realizing the physical danger involved in such a project. which makes the idea untenable

I believe there are still some issues here and some questions that need to be asked for clarity

But I think very slowly and deliberately when prompted into a new train of thought
