Lately I've notices members bearing RRS badges for different state chapters, I was wondering how to start a chapter and which states already have them

No Maine chapter?!!! This is unsat. I need to come home to something! There's a MS chapter but nothing in ME? I'm amazed and appalled.

I was going to say it looked as though the Michigan chapter hasn't logged on in a year or so.
I'm actually in contact with a loose group of athiests in the state. Maybe I'll drop them a line and
see if I can't get some action going...
