I've made a simple template for them so if an affiliate can get a badge if they can't fine someone within their circle to make one. If you are a member of the RRS with "the skillz" and see your local without a personalized badge what are you waiting for? If you have other skills that could improve things and its not a big deal maybe you could throw them a bone. The idea is to improve your affiliate and make it YOUR affiliate. Even if you don't have a skill or time to put it too use you could always give people suggests or invite people in you know would be interest, maybe not even for your affiliate.
