May I start an RRS Olympia, WA?

On myspace there's an RSS Seattle/Tacoma, but I in the South Sound area, state capital, would like to represent the Rational Responders at a SMART Recovery meeting I plan to start, around the campuses of Evergreen State College and South Puget Sound Community College. I am sober, honest, open, and willing to spread the knowledge.
