The Rational Response Squad is a group of atheist activists who impact society by changing the way we view god belief. This site is a haven for those who are pushing back against the norm, and a place for believers of gods to have their beliefs exposed as false should they want to try their hand at confronting us. Pat Robertson came out this week with another endorsement for legalizing pot. He said it's a nonviolent crime, it costs too much money to fight, and the war has failed. I agree! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwyc2ymKYUQ
Well, good for him. Funny though, the same thing could be said about homosexuality because homosexuality is a "nonviolent crime", it "costs too much money to fight" and "the war has failed." But I doubt we'll see him reverse his position about that.
A broken clock can get the time right twice a day.
Pat is back peddling now because he realizes his fire and brimstone bullshit isn't selling anymore.

Good... cuz then that means I'm right about everything twice a day
So Pat Robertson is practicing the "well, it's time to mellow out and kiss ass" tactic of zealous promotion. Is it not natural for anyone like him to do such?
“A meritocratic society is one in which inequalities of wealth and social position solely reflect the unequal distribution of merit or skills amongst human beings, or are based upon factors beyond human control, for example luck or chance. Such a society is socially just because individuals are judged not by their gender, the colour of their skin or their religion, but according to their talents and willingness to work, or on what Martin Luther King called 'the content of their character'. By extension, social equality is unjust because it treats unequal individuals equally.” "Political Ideologies" by Andrew Heywood (2003)

"deleted" or not, I'd like to read the full thing or whatever is left of it in post or PM, if you don't mind.
Speaking with 'inevitable regret' rarely helps anyone, if you get my drift.

It didn't load right the first time.

It looks like Pat Robertson is loosening up a bit in the sexual realm, too. He said that anything a married couple wants to do sexually is ok: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yeCbRuzSZzw
Well, isn't that interesting. The Young Turk video in the OP is from Dec 2010. IOW Pat Robertson has been saying this for years. Funny how it is getting all this attention now.
Religion Kills !!!
Numbers 31:17-18 - Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man.

Pat Robertson approves ganja? Well then, he might soon change the liturgical music to something like that:
Beings who deserve worship don't demand it. Beings who demand worship don't deserve it.
I'm more of an Obyrith/Queen of Chaos kinda guy myself.
It's getting attention because Colorado and Washington state both have amendments to legalize Recreational Pot on the November ballot.
