Fatwa No: 349In the name of Allah the most merciful,
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the two worlds, and peace be upon our lord Muhammad, and on his family and companions.
Whoever insults one of these four things, whether in jest or sincerity, has become an infidel and must be killed. This is what is shown in the text of the book [i.e. the Qur'an], and the sunnah, and all scholars (are in agreement) with it.
1 - The book
The Most High said: "If they violate their oaths after pledging to keep their covenants, and attack your religion, you may fight the leaders of paganism - you are no longer bound by your covenant with them - that they may refrain" (Qur'an 9:12). The spot that witnesses to the infidelity of insulting them, or insulting one of them, is the saying of the Most High, "...and attack your religion..."
2 - The sunnah
Abu Dawud and al-Nasa'i, from Ibn-'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), related that a blind man had a slave-mother [a slave who bore children for him] who used to abuse the Prophet (peace be upon him) and disparage him. He [i.e. the blind man] forbade her but she did not stop. He rebuked her but she did not give up her habit. One night she began to slander the Prophet (peace be upon him) and abuse him. So he [the blind man] took a dagger, placed it on her belly, pressed it, and killed her. When the morning came, the Prophet (peace be upon him) was informed about it.
He assembled the people and said: I adjure by Allah the man who has done this action and I adjure him by my right to him that he should stand up. Jumping over the necks of the people and trembling the man stood up.
He sat before the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: Apostle of Allah! I am her master; she used to abuse you and disparage you. I forbade her, but she did not stop, and I rebuked her, but she did not abandon her habit. I have two sons like pearls from her, and she was my companion. Last night she began to abuse and disparage you. So I took a dagger, put it on her belly and pressed it till I killed her.
Thereupon the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Oh be witness, no retaliation is payable for her blood. (Dagger: thin sword with a nape.)...

And to all the Muslims reading this if you think I am being mean, what about the people who want to kill me over words?
The difference between the west and the east is that when we say "fuck you" no one dies, and if you hit someone over mere words, you go to jail.
So if you want me to back off, I would suggest you clean your own house before you point the finger at me.
I do not bow to threats, and if you think I am just picking on Islam, you'd be wrong. When Christians threaten me with their god, I say the same damned thing.
When anyone says, "Dont pick on my god", it makes their god sound like a wimp. Why would an infinite being need a finite limited human to defend it?
And with all the problems of war, pollution, disease, world hunger and crime and climate change, your god's top priority is being picked on? What a self centered prick.
Again, this applies to ALL god claims, not just that of Allah.
But the east has far more many nut cases who think their god justifies violence as a political tool.
To me this is childish bullshit like a kid who beats someone up because they picked on their mom or sister.
Grow the fuck up. Islam is not the only religion on the face of the planet. There are 7 billion humans and I find your selfishness divisive and destructive to all of humanity, and you are doing nothing but shooting yourselves in the foot by acting like spoiled little brats.
If you want the west to back off, then YOU need to do more within your own society to be less violent and condemn all acts of violence. And for fucks sake, your dicks wont fall of if a woman makes her own choices about her own life. She is not a piece of meat or piece of property.
So when I use the word "fatwa" if there is any "war" that is justified, it would be a "fatwa" against violence as a solution.
So my "fatwa" is a fuck you to any god, Christian, Muslim or Jewish, that thinks violence convinces others to submit. FUCK YOU AND FATWA ON YOUR VIOLENT TACTICS.
You've tried violence and it just pisses us off. Maybe why not just stick to throwing shoes and flipping us off when you get angry. I promise you, if you leave it at words, no one will get hurt.

So they really would treat an accusation that Islam is excessively violent by condemning the accuser to death for insulting Islam, thereby proving that they really are excessively violent??
