Blackwater aka Xe Services

I know this topic has been discussed (thanks to those who helped me out on my last post). But I want to ask an updated and deeper question than what has been posted especially considering that Blackwater still exists along with many other smaller american mercenary groups and they appear to be working in Haiti in much the same way that they worked in New Orleans after Katrina. I posted this question already to another local secular group that I'm a part of:

"I was watching this video:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22425001/vp/32291727#32291727

while surfing the web and thought it would be worth it to google
"neocrusaders" to see what pops up. You know, since allegedly these
people really are trying to kill in the name of their god and on the
US federal budget. Skipping the more popular star wars reference on
Wookiepedia I found this lunacy:
http://neocrusaders.org/

and this homicidal maniac:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z19AR92HcsY

My question is, how should we respond to this sort of thing? What is
the line that should be drawn between those we should ignore and those
we should point out so as to encourage good well meaning [and often
naive] people to distance themselves from such views?"

I'm also interested in any more information that anyone here has to give hope to the idea that the Obama administration plans on trying to stop the extortion racket that these groups rely on. I could really use some evidence based hope on this subject in general.
