In all seriousness, sometimes the "History" channel does itself justice. It has a serious REAL documentary debunking the JFK crap. The crap about the mob/Cuba/USSR. It debunks the "magic bullet" crap. It basically reconfirms what Oswald's wife and brother and Warren Commission said in that he was simply a down and out nutcase who wanted to make a name for himself.

but not all the time. i saw a documentary on the history about finding noahs ark. they concluded it is somewhere near russia i believe. put some satilite pic up and everything. was the funniest most stupid thing ever. even worse that the roswel is real and the ship is in a us millitary base one.

Ok... I sometimes indulge myself as being the FIRST shooter on the grassy knoll (Lee Harvey Oswald), because it's funny to see people's.... responses. But debunking "Magic Bullet Crap"* ... is something I kinda expect to be left to Penn Jillette and... 'William Tell-er' on their Bullshit series. (Double-Pun!) They promote rationality by giving anyone who has Cable TV THE MOST IRRATIONAL response to some of the MOST LAUGHABLE Arts of Scamming on the face of the planet. And despite their obvious intellectual bias towards mocking PSEUDO-intellectual phenomenon and... Faulty Belief Systems™, they do so ever make an effective point; almost enough to promote their social status from "Edutainer" to Messiah... and makes just enough of a point to discourage that sort of thinking. Sometimes, however, I get so god damn fucking tired of motherfucking cocksuckers shouting at the top of their lungs and trying to distract me with the "shiny" that I just flip the channel switch and watch a 1000 Ways to Die. Cheap entertainment values, basically... but not so thrifty as to become Diamondcore Reality TV. Truth is, if it doesn't have some REAL amateur porn to come along with it, I'm not going to waste a SECOND with it.
My point being, we've been a Chromium God society for how long? ....70 years, roughly? At what cost? Do we necessarily HAVE to get our access to info from one source of information, or is that simply the IRrational response to being brought up in a... consumeristic society erected during an age of Fear, Hatred, and Prosperity? (and Lung Cancer bell curves, naturally)
