This is my favorite translation:

Uh...David...you *do* realize...don't you?...that Nostradamus is about as reliable as St. Malachy's "prophecies" about the Popes? And that this "reliability" (...please excuse the phrasing...) is due, in both cases to the same thing, namely: the vagueness of the "prophecy" which means that said "prophecy" comes ready-made for folding, spindling, and mutilating into whatever shape you choose? And that this means that such "prophecies" are anything but reliable?
Geez...maybe I should check this out to see if there's any real money in it.
