Our revels now are ended. These our actors, | As I foretold you, were all spirits, and | Are melted into air, into thin air; | And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, | The cloud-capped towers, the gorgeous palaces, | The solemn temples, the great globe itself, - Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve, | And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, | Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff | As dreams are made on, and our little life | Is rounded with a sleep. - Shakespeare

I have no idea. I usually just copy and paste the url.

I haven't been able to get a video embedded though. Let me try again.

Arrg, dammit.

BTW, she uses an argument from ignorance.

Is this the video you meant?:

If you used the link tool from the GUI it probably cut off your link after "watch".  Without the corresponding "?" and variable, YouTube has no idea what video you would like to access.

The url is incomplete. it links to "http://www.youtube.com/watch" without specifying the video.

Is this it? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=86x-u-tz0MA

After eating an entire bull, a mountain lion felt so good he started roaring. He kept it up until a hunter came along and shot him.

The moral: When you're full of bull, keep your mouth shut.

If you want to embed a video grab the embed script and paste it into the source of the comment.

Yeah, I always end with something stupid.

If I just paste it, I only end up with the html:

<object width="480" height="295"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/86x-u-tz0MA&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/86x-u-tz0MA&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="295"></embed></object>

If I click on source first, and then paste it:

Nothing shows up afterwards.

If I click on "Insert/Edit Flash," and paste the url, I get this:

Make sure you paste the embed code into the source window. Then preview the post as it will not show up anywhere else. If done correctly the post preview will have the video embeded, you can even watch it from there if you want.
