A Venn diagram of truth!

It's from this story, which is itself interesting. I mean, getting fired for not being quite pious enough... poor fellah.

"Anyone can repress a woman, but you need 'dictated' scriptures to feel you're really right in repressing her. In the same way, homophobes thrive everywhere. But you must feel you've got scripture on your side to come up with the tedious 'Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve' style arguments instead of just recognising that some people are different." - Douglas Murray

I read the story pretty fast

I read the story pretty fast so maybe I missed something but if he really designed that logo it just shows he has a really accurate grasp on things.

I think that's just an illustration for the story.

The logo in question, if I recall correctly (and I may well not), is for Baylor's biology dept, which no longer has a reference to ID in it. In much the same way that the department itself no longer has an ID room.

shit... I just noticed

shit... I just noticed Mcinsane's ad against Barack Obama on that page; being a progressive I can't help but think the Obama team needs to start fighting in earnest.

It is a comic from

It is a comic from http://saintgasoline.com/  The site crashed and now you can only see the other comics by viewing an index.

This particular comic is at http://saintgasoline.com/comics/2007-03-12.JPG

A lot of the other ones are pretty good too, if you are into poorly-drawn internet comics ( I know I am).

Also: someone altered that image to take off saint gasoline's website address. Whomever did that (not any of you guys I am sure) has stolen saint gasoline's intellectual property with out attributing it.

"You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."
British General Charles Napier while in India
