The video that CSE posted about their NEW copyright rules will never stand up in court. You cant give your copyright to the public domain and then take it away. That is illegal. Isn't that ironic.
You want more irony? In court Kent Hovind defended himself at one point by stating that he would never claim copyright ownership of a video. The case ocurred in 2006, the current CSE website says their policy is effective as of 2005. Hovind is appealing his case, I wonder how good this will look.

That is really messed up, Atheist videos/info are as real it gets. I thought Youtube was all about buisness but lately that doesn't seem to be the case. If they keep pulling Rational Videos then I really going see a future for youtube...
