So much for religious freedom AND freedom of speech

Yesterday I saw the thread about a bunch of Christian leaders complaining about a Hindu leading the prayer in senate.  Well, now they've really done it.  While the guy was praying protesters and some Christian interrupted him.  If we had done this to Christians, we'd surely be getting the pathetic cries of persecution.  Here is the story: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/07/12/national/main3051052.shtml

And a video (it doesn't cover the entire thing, but gives the main point of what happened)

http://www.breitbart.tv/html/2957.html

I'm starting to see what Christians really are.

two women and a man began

two women and a man began shouting "this is an abomination"

The male protester told an Associated Press reporter, "we are Christians and patriots" before police handcuffed them and led them away.

For several days, the Mississippi-based American Family Association has urged its members to object to the prayer because Zed would be "seeking the invocation of a non-monotheistic god."

how sickening. these are our fellow americans. what a disgrace..
