There's atheistforums.com, www.atheists-online.com, secularhumanism.org and I can't think of anymore. But I'm a member at AtheistForums.com, it's pretty cool.

But IIDB (http://www.iidb.org/vbb/index.php), dawkin's site (http://richarddawkins.net/) are good too.

Atheist's suffer from having too many sites and too many disunited groups.
Unlike theist clones who will believe what they are told to believe atheists tend to think for themselves and are not easily led. Also we suffer from atheism not being a religion or ideology. For example Christopher Hitchins views on religion are the same as mine but that is about the only ideology have in common with him
