He didn't even support mandatory controls on births. Just that the US should fund abortion and birth control around the world.
He caught hell from the right for "mandating abortion". Hell from the left for proposing to reduce the populations of 'persons of color' in the third world.
Given the automatic reactions of both the left and right, looks like humanity is doomed. The whole planet will become an overpopulated shithole, with total environment devistation. Hoping for a better existence in the next world is your only solace. Turn to God, Yahweh, or Allah for comfort.
Taxation is the price we pay for failing to build a civilized society. The higher the tax level, the greater the failure. A centrally planned totalitarian state represents a complete defeat for the civilized world, while a totally voluntary society represents its ultimate success. --Mark Skousen
