Education is unconstitutional
1. The constitution guarantees life liberty and happiness.
2. Ignorance is bliss
3. Education cures ignorance
4. Therefore Education prevents bliss and bliss is happiness
5. Therefore Education prevents life liberty and happiness
6. Therefore Education is against he US constitution

I'll stop you at 2. Its status as a common phrase does not equate to its being a fact.
Lets do a game. Russia starts WW3, against the will or knowledge of any Russian. 7 billion people die. A few thousand remain. All are clueless and pissed, but everyone except the Russian survivors know that Russia started and ended everything. Those Russians won't be blissfull when they run into some Europeans who want to string them alive, but they will be ignorant of the fact there's a good reason everyone wants to fuck them over.

In Hungary at some universities or high schools or courses outside the university, people have to sign a paper or say something into a video camera, that they disclaim his/her constitutional rights (or fundamental human rights) in return the education.
You have to disclaim your constitutional rights in hospitals before surgeries, if not, you need a lawyer, that wastes more money than the surgery costs.
