Little known rock music thread

This is a thread for posting rock music videos - but not cliche songs like "Girls, Girls, Girls" or "Panama" which we've heard 1 million times. Songs by big or semi-big artists are preferred, but they should be little-known songs by big artists - such as good songs off of an album which never got made into singles. Please no "hit singles" or songs which get repeated daily on the radio. Old school hard rock/metal from the 80s-90s is preferred, not extreme or underground genres like death metal, black metal, power metal, grindcore, metalcore, etc. But actually who am I to dictate? Hell post whatever you want.

I'll start

-

Sweet Sister Mercy - Lynch Mob

-

Walking in the Underground - Pat Benatar

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bS-_aQcQazc

-

Eat Me Up Alive - Ratt

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CeIfv8cOKp8

-

Cerebral Man - Pat Benatar

-

Dance of the Dogs - Lynch Mob

Well, I saw Pat Benatar years ago, and 'Dance of the Dogs'  sounded good (to me) so I played it, I'm listening to it and wishing that I could watch them playing, so I click on a differant video ~ George Lynch mega-shredding and Man is he good, I'm a old Jimi Hendrix fan, that played when I was real young (8 or 9) and I have always loved string music, which is the true Universal language ? Music or Math ?

Signature ? How ?

Danish Rock

Well, have I got goodies for you!

Two great names in Danish rock: Kashmir and Dizzy Mizz Lizzy are both big enough names to be international, but small enough that you likely haven't heard of them. So there's a treasuretrove of excellent Rock-music just waiting for you to discover.

Please forgive the Lyrics of Dizzy Mizz Lizzy: The lead singer and Lyricist of the band, Tim Christensen, was 19 when they started out, and his lyrics bear the mark of someone who not only is not a native English speaker, but also someone who is not completely mature yet, and alot of his lyrics, while trying to sound poetic and enigmatic, end up sounding like jiberish.

BUT! He plays one of the meanest guitars I've ever heard, and his riffs stand as some of the greatest ever IMO.

Excellent solo in this one:

Dizzy Mizz Lizzy (Band) - Dizzy Mizz Lizzy (Album) - Barbewired Baby's Dream (Song) (1994)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyyymeMQ06w&feature=related

And this one has a great riff:

Dizzy Mizz Lizzy - Dizzy Mizz Lizzy - Glory (1994)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kH6Gvtpiirw&feature=related

Then there's Kashmir. While Dizzy died out after two albums (though Tim Christensen went on to a succesful Solo-carrier, which was more soft rock-ish, too much for my tastes) Kashmir is still going strong.

From there first album comes THE BEST guitarsolo ever, bar none (Starts at 3:30)

Kashmir - Travelogue - Little Old Birdy Funky Thing (1994)

http://mp3lemon.org/song/339643/Kashmir_-_07_-_Little_Old_Birdy_Funky_Thing

And my personal favorite from their third album:

Kashmir - The Good Life - Kiss Me Goodbye (1999)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRP97xNRP5k

I could go on forever, but there is a taste. Just say the word if you like it, and want more recommended.

Finally, I love Live's first album, and as far as I can tell this one was never a hit single, so it should fit your criteria:

Live - Throwing Copper - Stage (1994)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G758UFOLVYw&feature=channel_video_title

That one is my favorite. My Youtube channel (which is http://www.youtube.com/user/RockandRollMessiah ) is named for that song.

Well I was born an original sinner
I was spawned from original sin
And if I had a dollar bill for all the things I've done
There'd be a mountain of money piled up to my chin

The Vincent Black Shadow:

The Vincent Black Shadow: Metro http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfsWy1MmicI

Sabaton: Primo Victoria (not an official video, but damn it's epic) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IrJAwCBbnuc

And a little bit "extreme" with a couple of shouty bits, but it's mostly metal with singing, and is fucking awesome...

Maximum the Hormone: Zetsuobo Billy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYInsYzlz5Y

Well, in my humble opinion, the music was very good, but, there are no live performance, or any other kind of videos, that show the group playing their instruments, which is a must, on YouTube Today, and the the last link was about a baby Magpie in a guy backyard, what is that about ?

Yeah George Lynch is cool, I saw him in person at a "guitar clinic" in my town.
