What if the Russians were successful in Afghanistan?
Been studying this topic lately, and I am thinking, if they won, 9/11 and the wars the U.S. were apart of that followed would have never happened if the Russians were left alone to do the job the U.S. later had to do thirteen years later. I think the only reason the U.S. helped those people is because they had issues with Russia, but I don't see how Russia killing Bin Laden and the rest of his camel-lovers would have hurt the U.S.A. or anyone else.
I mean hell man, the Russians were all atheists and they were killing a bunch of insane God-lovers. What's not to love about them?
