What's Up With This??? [trollville]

I found this last night and am pretty much disgusted by it: [mod edit: the encyclopedia dramatica page on RRS - not boosting their traffic by link posting]
Anyone care to respond rationally to these accusations?

Lol. What, specifically, concerns you?
Everything makes more sense now that I've stopped believing.
Sapient already has -years ago. ED is a 'nothing-is-sacred' satire website, and not particularly well run or amusing one at that.

blablablah
You'll be disgusted by every page on that site. Look up the entry on other people you respect, they get laughs through hate. They're not worth posting a link to and giving them more traffic(or visiting), that's my take.
edit in: this thread will end up in trollville once you see it again Sandy. Also I should've mentioned many of the contributors to that page are butthurt ppl who either were on the losing end of an RRS debate or had friends that were.

The part that disgusted me most was about 'Kelly'. I'm sorry to say this but, I think it's sad to see an intelligent woman lower herself to such demeaning and submissive standards. I was impressed with the way you and her handled the debate with Kirk...but, after seeing her 'in another light', my opinion of her had been lowered.
I'll probably get a thorough thrashing by other members (if you leave this here for further debate) for having such a prudish opinion but, that's just the way I see it. Of course I believe everyone has the right to live their life as they choose as long as it doesn't hurt anyone and the right to make and learn from their own mistakes but, some choices are more constructive and meaningful than others and some mistakes carry longer lived consequences.
Go ahead and delete this if you want to...it really serves no purpose. I was just curious about how you would respond to it. Thanks.

Kelly is an amazingly intelligent woman, she was very good at responding to the claims of religious people. Sadly that didn't transfer over into other life management decisions. She has her own issues as all of us do, hers have the capacity to make people like you look down on her. That position is understood by many, just as you'd likely agree that her life outside of religious debate does not weaken her arguments against religion. That is the most common response heard on the forum about her desire to get involved in porn. Having sex on film for money is not evidence that Jesus Christ exists and because of that talking about her choices serves very little purpose of this site, just as we don't seek out conversations about the private life of any other member of this site. I would imagine if some of your life choices were here for us to inspect under a microscope there would be some that we would disagree with, that doesn't threaten the voracity of your claims against religion, or add to the debate in a positive manner.
To my knowledge Kellys actual personal life has never been discussed online (in public) with all the appropriate details, I would imagine she would receive a little more sympathy if details were divulged however she chooses to keep her actual personal life private... considering there are people with nefarious desires who would not show such sympathy but would rather get joy by contributing to another persons pain. The typical poster on ED derives joy from other peoples pain, such people are pathetic, and are at the bottom of the humanity barrel. It's a sad trend that it seems the internet has been spawning more and more of these people (ie interent fuckwad theory).
Anyway... that can serve as the response to what you just posted, you're welcome to get a final thought in, and then I'll simply lock the thread, putting it into trollville for now. It will likely exist on the site for 6-24 months as an archived item.
