Does RRS crash?
I've tried to logon at times, and have been unable to pull up the site...is this a problem with the host, b/c I'm not getting 404'd.

I can't remember the last time the site was down. I'm pretty sure it's gone down a couple times, but that was both a long time ago and probably a ddos attack, or similar to one.
