Show download problem

Show download problem

Hello.

 

15 days ago I purchased shows 1 to 5 via paypal. They money left my bank account but I have not recieved any download link nor any reply to my emails on the matter.

 

I am reluctant to file for a refund: I would much rather have the shows that I have paid for.

I can forward the RRS order confirmation email and the paypal receipt email if necessary.

 

Please help me quickly as I'm getting rather fed up of waiting.
