Offline Rape a way of life for Darfur's women

I know many atheists tend to be pacifist/isolationist. But if one agrees with the concept of memes, what kind of memes are being incubated by this rape and murder culture in Darfur? Memes don't respect international borders. So memes in one part of the world can spread around the world. And if you don't like the rape culture meme, what else can stop it except military force?
If this meme is allowed to continue, doesn't survival of he fittest essentially mean whoever can tolerate abuse and misery best survives? Is this the kind of world you want to leave behind? Let's urge our governments to use military force to stop it. Try to get the presidential candidates to support military force to stop this.
Stop global whining.
We've got people dying on the streets here. We've got a dollar whose value is plummeting. We've got the religious right sticking their noses in everybody's personal lives. We've got groups that want prayer in schools, creationism taught alongside evolution, and the amendment of the Constitution to be in line with "God's word". Let's fix our own problems before we worry about the rest of the world, shall we?
Team America:World Police was a movie, not a foreign policy documentary. The sad fact is that poor black people in Africa don't have enough economic-political clout to change our foreign policy. Last time we went into Somalia it didn't bode so well for us. Plus, I think there is a meme out there that if predominantly white America goes to Africa to do good, but in the process, has to kill a lot of poor black people, then it will be looked upon as being racist.
It is a humanitarian crisis that should be dealt with through the UN, or NATO troops. There is a double standard at play where people want America to go in and use overwhelming force to stop a bad situation, but at the same time they curse us for being empirical and using military force in other situations. Its a lose, lose in my opinion. We are broke right now, and can't fight another voluntary war for the sake of humanity.
