Yellow brick road
A few years back I found an advertisement in our local paper for supporting the Judy Garlands yellow brick road. For a chunk of cash the city of Grand Rapids will engrave anything 'within reason' on a yellow painted brick. Guess what? They did it! I was happy to see American Atheists engraved on a brick. Since then the brick has been defaced somewhat, but the maintenance crew had to refurbish it. It looks a lot newer and cleaner than other bricks around it. I'm also looking into another program here to put a plaque on a park bench with American Atheists on it. Any other suggestions???

Here in Illinois we have an "adopt a road" program. As you drive you see the signs on the side of the highways...if you have a program like that perhaps you could sign up to participate?

This program is probably nation wide and Minnesota Atheists have their name on one stretch, again by the cities. I live about 200 miles north of Minneapolis. But that is a good idea, if I can find other Atheists in the north land to join me.
