Wife says CIA bomber hated U.S.

By SELCAN HACAOGLU, Associated Press Writer Selcan Hacaoglu, Associated Press Writer

ISTANBUL – A Jordanian doctor-turned-suicide bomber who killed seven CIA employees at a base in Afghanistan is proudly regarded by his family as a martyr in Islam's holy war against the United States, his wife said Thursday.

Covered in a black Islamic chador, Defne Bayrak, the Turkish wife of bomber Humam Khalil Abu-Mulal al-Balawi, lauded her husband's Dec. 30 attack to Turkish journalists in Istanbul.

"I am proud of him, my husband has carried out a great operation in such a war. May God accept his martyrdom," Bayrak told the Dogan news agency.

She later told the state-run Anatolia news agency: "My husband did this against the U.S. invasion."

Great! We can now take off the Kid Gloves and use all means at our disposal.

How long until the POTUS can say the words I long to hear? "We now know that islam is dedicated to dominating the world through violent means. We are now at war with islam."

Hey hippies! Can you see how poverty caused this destitute, uneducated Dr. to lash out at evil America?

I don't think many people would argue that it's poverty/uneducation as education and wealth are positive predictors of support/participation in suicide terrorism.

Just to throw a monkey wrench Religiousity is NOT a positive predictor of support/participation of suicide terrorism.

... oh no?

What, pray tell, is the purpose of blowing your own self up in an attack, IF you have no religious reasons to do so?

I hate to do it but...

Religious wannabe martyr's listen up...

YOU ARE GOING TO DIE!

Now, if everything you stand for to be true is real... then you shall be awarded whatever fucking gimmicky prize you were promised, for your efforts, WHEN YOU DIE. Its great and all that you've found a cause, and are attempting to further it... at great expense *snicker* but seriously, some one needs to teach you idiots how to kill infidels PROPERLY.

The suicide bomb for instance, you only get 1 shot to take down as many heathens as possible. 1 shot... Now IF i might make a suggestion...

USE A GOD DAMN REMOTE DETONATOR YOU STUPID ASSBACKWARDS DESERT MONKEY

It allows you TO LIVE and STRIKE AT THE INFIDELS AGAIN AND AGAIN... until they catch you, torture you, and ultimately kill you

For example;

Ackmed is a suicide bomber, Ackmed runs into a marketplace and blows himself up, killing 20 people... great, congratz

Moohammed is intelligent, he realizes that if he lives, he can bomb that same market place several times, possibly killing hundreds of people

Guess who Sky Daddy is more happy with?

Ackmed with 20-1 or Moohammed with 100-0

Oh, one last peice of advice... double check your wiring

Stupid... stupid... monkeys...

What Would Kharn Do?

Taken together, these four studies represent strong support for
the coalitional-commitment hypothesis and disconfirmation of
the religious-belief hypothesis. Our findings suggest that the
relationship between religion and support for suicide attacks is
real, but is orthogonal to devotion to particular religious belief,
or indeed religious belief in general. Of course, economic and
political conditions may contribute strongly to support for suicide
attacks. Our studies concern only the relationship between
religion and support for suicide attacks. The proposal that there
is some relationship between religious devotion and intergroup
violence did not receive empirical support. It appears that the
association between religion and suicide attacks is a function of
collective religious activities that facilitate popular support for
suicide attacks and parochial altruism more generally.

 I just received a letter

I just received a letter from an ex-muslim who once had his story featured on our website.  There is currently an effort underway by him and the Dawkins foundation to remove all of the information in regards to his story from the internet.  His family is currently in danger and has been threatened by Islamic radicals.  His family is currently residing in Afghanistan.

I removed the story from our site.  This will be my only post about the issue... figured embedded in this thread was as good a place as any.

Which is a rather odd conclusion, considering the evidence they gathered...

Oh well...

That should read 'devout moslems', not 'islamic radicals'.

Whilst I wish this apostate and his family well, I would fear for the worst.

 That report......

‘‘In your opinion, what is the position of Islam regarding the

bomber who kills himself with the aim of killing his enemies as

some Palestinians do? Do you believe that Islam forbids,

allows, encourages, or requires such acts in defense of Islam and

of the Palestinian people?’’ Responses to this question were as

follows: 4.2% ‘‘forbids,’’ 59% ‘‘allows,’’ 23.8% ‘‘encourages,’’

and 13% ‘‘requires.’’

So 4.2% think it's naughty if allah is watching but the rest are cool with it? Thanks for your honesty, Palestinians.....
