I'm not sure that follows - since they are genetically related and raised in the same environment you can't apply general statistics.
I'm not sure I've ever seen any statistics about large religious families and religious adherence in children. It's hard to guess what it would be like. After all, everybody seems to know a preacher's kid who's a raging atheist. Then again, the larger family means more social pressure to conform, so it might be more likely that small families would have defectors.
