Religious and sexual discrimination should only be allowed where the religious or sexual orientation interferes with the job.  A jew or muslim for example wouldn't be able to work in a butcher that specialises in pork products as they wouldn't be able to touch the merchandise.  I've heard of many situations where muslims training to be nurses refuse to touch male patients.  Those are legitimate reasons as the person refuses to do their job due to the religious reasons.  Give me one job where the job role itself isn't based on on discrimination (such as the religious hate-speech jobs of supposedly converting gays) that a gay person would technically not be able to do or would refuse to do due to their sexual orientation.  Come on, I'm waiting.
