This person should be tried, hung, drawn and quartered for their vicious and senseless savaging of the beautiful English language. I have never seen such carelessly written, brutally mangled prose. Perhaps we should send this fellow a return email asking kindly that he only put his thoughts in English before sending them. As they are now I can barely make head nor tail of them. The email that we return, presumably, would operate under the assumption that our interlocutor can read, which, given this, may be overly generous.
