Ray Rice said his win was Gods will.
Tonight in Pittsburgh a straw broke a camels back. After the Ravens beat the Steelers, Ray Rice gets interviewed and credits god with the win. He said he told his team last night that they need to put themselves in the right positions on the field to receive the Lords blessings. He also said that on the field he reminded his players to be in blessings positions.

He finishes this epic god dick sucking fest with, "to come out and win like we did today, I tell you God is amazing." Wow. It's moments like this that fuel my activism. We've got to speak up to drown out those voices that have such a huge stage. I'll start with sending him a few strongly worded tweets. Read these from the bottom up if you want to read them in order.
That second one should have read "1,000 kids died of starvation while you were on the field tonight and you think God will deliver you blessings on the field!"

It really fucking sickens me that someone would think, with all the famine, disease, war and economic despair to invoke a god over something as non life threatening as a mere game? FUCKING SICK! That's your god's priority with all the shit going on in the world?

Ugh, "God's Will" would be for him to shut the fucking hell up. Why can't people say it's "Taco Bell's will" or "Green Tea's will?" Those do more to fuel victory than a false god EVER did.

Now when the theist reads this they will ignorantly claim we are bigots and we just hate god. Let me put this bullshit fallacy to rest.
Saying we hate god would be like accusing us of hating Mickey Mouse. What we are doing is attacking the concept of the claim. The concept of the claim of "all powerful" when it comes to this fictional super hero sitting and watching and only getting involved after the fact, is sick.
How many people would like to see a Superman movie, where Superman stood over a woman getting raped and her throat slit, and then only after the deed is done, MIND YOU SUPERMAN IS STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO IT WATCHING, and only does something after the fact. How many people would pay good money to see such a movie? How many people would value that as a moral story?
Here is the mistake people make. "Natural" to the theist constitutes fictional utopias where every script ends up in with a happy ending. "Natural" to the objective scientist and skeptic, DOES NOT constitute desirable, it merely means that we can observe the event. Tornados and tsunamis are not caused by magical super villains. Child rape is also not caused by magical super villains re arranging the neurons in the perp's head. Child rape is done by the perp because they lack a sense of power in other aspects of their lives. By committing this horrible crime, they are filling in that gap of control by inflicting force on others to fill that sense of power.
No magic needed, no super hero or super villain, no god no Satan needed to explain either the good or the bad that happen in life.
But, to postulate a being AS A CLAIM, that can do something, AND IS WATCHING A CHILD GET RAPPED, and does nothing, even if clearly as the god believer claims, the perp can hardly harm this god, what would or could be an excuse for this alleged god for not stopping it in the first place, AS A CLAIM.

All cop out excuses to ignore that the CONCEPT is a broken concept. God is a broken concept, which cannot logically be consistent or moral. Just like trying to use a Ouija board to fix your car engine makes no sense.
This blasphemy is not out of hate. We cannot hate something that doesn't exist. And we most certainly don't hate everyone who makes absurd claims.
The believer has the religious motif "Love the sinner not the sin"
Our secular version would be "Love the claimant not the claim"
God, especially in the context of watching a child get rapped and not stopping it is a sick concept.
